Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Requests:
- All cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to sanjaya@srilankaeventrentals.com.
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
- Cancellations made between 7 to 14 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event.
2. Changes to Bookings:
- Changes to bookings must be requested at least 7 days prior to the event.
- Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Force Majeure:
- Sri Lanka Event Rentals is not liable for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics).
- In such cases, clients may reschedule their event at no additional cost.
4. Refund Process:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
