Sri Lanka Event Rentals provides event rental services including, but not limited to, rental of chairs, canopies, AV equipment, and other event-related items (the “Services”). All rentals are subject to availability and our approval.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer.
4. Rental Agreements
All rentals are subject to a separate rental agreement which will be provided to you at the time of booking. This agreement will include specific terms and conditions related to the rental items, duration, and fees.
5. Payment

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sri Lanka Event Rentals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Site or Services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Site; (c) any content obtained from the Site; and (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sri Lanka Event Rentals and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from your use of and access to the Site or Services, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved in the courts of Sri Lanka.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
